Refund, Cancellation and Ticketing Policy

Donations

All donations made to Banyan Philanthropy Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. Once processed, donations cannot be cancelled or reversed.
In case of duplicate or erroneous transactions, donors may write to us within 7 days with transaction details. Requests will be reviewed and addressed at the Foundation’s discretion
Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will stop future charges, but past contributions will remain non-refundable.

Event Tickets – Indraprastha Culture Festival

All tickets purchased for the Indraprastha Culture Festival are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, eligible ticket holders may receive a refund or transfer to a future edition. If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the revised date.
The Foundation reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual in violation of event guidelines, without refund.
